Rux Energy participates in a panel discussion at the World Hydrogen Summit

Rux Energy is extremely proud that our founder and CEO Dr Jehan Kanga was one of five panellists selected to speak at the Hydrogen Tech Stage at World Hydrogen Summit 2024 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The World Hydrogen Summit is the largest and most senior global hydrogen landmark event in the industry’s calendar, hosted by The Sustainable Energy Council in partnership with the Government of the Netherlands, the Province of Zuid-Holland, the City of Rotterdam & Port of Rotterdam.

Kanga was on stage when news of the federal budget’s clean-energy bonanza was announced. “Cost is everything, and if you get that cost down with subsidies that’s fantastic and really exciting”, he commented to the Australian Financial Review, which reported on the event.

Dr Chanel Leong is Head of Project Management and Operations responsible for managing Rux Energy R&D projects across Research, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to ensure timely delivery of our product roadmap and funding milestones. Chanel has over five years experience in product development at biotech startups in Europe and Canada, focused on developing disruptive, nanomaterials-based technologies. Chanel completed a PhD Chemistry in Metal-Organic Framework Materials at the University of Sydney.
