On 3 November 2023, Rux Energy attended a special invitation reception for Washington State Governor Jay Inslee and the Washington State – Australia Study and Trade Mission for the US delegation hosted by Microsoft. The delegation brought sixty business, university, and government leaders from the Pacific Northwest to Australia to strengthen trans-Pacific relations and cultural ties, explore new trade possibilities, and to partner on both the challenges and opportunities of creating net-zero emission economies.

Dr Chanel Leong is Head of Project Management and Operations responsible for managing Rux Energy R&D projects across Research, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to ensure timely delivery of our product roadmap and funding milestones. Chanel has over five years experience in product development at biotech startups in Europe and Canada, focused on developing disruptive, nanomaterials-based technologies. Chanel completed a PhD Chemistry in Metal-Organic Framework Materials at the University of Sydney.
