Diane Farrell, the Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade, toured Rux Energy’s facilities during her visit to Sydney on 8th October 2024. The purpose of the visit was to discuss opportunities for Rux Energy to enter the US market. Rux Energy has received significant commercial and government interest from  Washington State, Indiana and Texas. The focus has been  on the role of low cost storage and distribution of hydrogen in reducing the end of cost hydrogen to less than US$2/kg. Other points of discussion were scaling manufacturing and support for R&D which would support market entry, as well as potential the distribution deals that will generate offtake from manufacturing outputs.
