Four projects on new technologies to support emissions reductions have been awarded $7 million in grants from the NSW Government’s Clean Technology Research and Development Grants Program. Rux Energy’s project that brings together key NSW hydrogen experts and companies to develop a hybrid composite to develop more efficient hydrogen storage for aerospace is one of four projects selected.

Dr Chanel Leong is Head of Project Management and Operations responsible for managing Rux Energy R&D projects across Research, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to ensure timely delivery of our product roadmap and funding milestones. Chanel has over five years experience in product development at biotech startups in Europe and Canada, focused on developing disruptive, nanomaterials-based technologies. Chanel completed a PhD Chemistry in Metal-Organic Framework Materials at the University of Sydney.
